This particular yard had standing water issues in the backyard caused by an excessive amount of clay and very little topsoil.  We used a Tracked Skid Steer to grade out the clay to help the water drain to a drainage ditch in the back of the yard.  Next we brought in 3 Tri-Axle loads of topsoil to spread and grade in the back yard.  We also built up the new topsoil about a foot around the porch to allow for an even transition from the porch to the back yard.
